the staff were friendly. they Welcomed me warmly. they helped me to find attractions in the city. i felt at ease.
the bed was squeaky, i did notice. the carpet around the bathroom door was frayed. the toilet would flush itself randomly.

The staff was super friendly! it was so easy to walk to the city center, just a nice little stroll along the river ouse. i also liked that there was free parking. That's a must because parking can be tricky.
the wifi signal didn't quite reach my room. that was a bit annoying!
